How it works
1. Add an invoice
Upload the PDF/Word file, forward the invoice email to your private ChaseOwl address, or type it in. We pull out the client, amount and due date. You check them, and fix anything we missed.
2. We send the reminders
Friendly on the due date, then firmer at +3, +7 and +14 days. Each one includes your pay link and is signed with your name. Replies land in your inbox.
3. Mark it paid
One click stops the sequence. Every Monday you get a short “who owes you” email so nothing slips.

FAQ
Do I need QuickBooks, Xero or any accounting software?
No. That's the point. Upload the PDF or Word invoice you already send, forward the email you sent it in, or type in the client, amount and due date. That's all we need.
Will my client know it's automated?
Reminders are short, polite and written in the first person, signed with your name. The sender line reads “Your Name via ChaseOwl”, and every reply goes straight to your own inbox (we set Reply-To to your email). We never pretend to be you.
When do reminders go out?
On the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days after it if the invoice is still unpaid. Each step is a little firmer than the last. On Pro and Unlimited you can rewrite every step in your own voice.
How do reminders stop?
Click “Mark paid” (or reply to the weekly digest and tick it off). Reminders for that invoice stop immediately. You can also pause any invoice at any time.
Do you take payments or touch my money?
No. Your client pays you directly, using the pay link you add (PayPal, Wise, Stripe, bank details, anything). We never hold or process your clients' money.
What does the free plan include?
Up to 2 active invoices being chased at once, with the full reminder sequence. No card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy for details.
Is my data safe?
Invoices are stored encrypted at rest by our hosting and database providers, only used to send your reminders, and deleted on request. We never sell data. See the privacy policy.
