This policy explains what ChaseOwl, operated by ChaseOwl, operated by XodusCorp, collects and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, optional display name and reply-to address.
• Invoice data you provide: client name and email, amounts, due dates, invoice numbers, pay links, and the text of documents or emails you upload or forward.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs; we never see full card numbers.
• Delivery logs: which reminders were sent and when, for your history and to prevent duplicates.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service: extract invoice details, send reminders and digests, bill you, and provide support. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Processors

We use hosting, database, email-delivery, payment (Stripe) and, if enabled, AI text-extraction providers to run the Service. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Your clients' data

For client details you add, you are the controller and we act as your processor. Only add contacts you have a legitimate business reason to remind about an invoice.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Email support@chaseowl.com to export or delete your data; deletion is completed within 30 days. Uploaded document text is used for extraction and can be deleted with the invoice at any time.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
